Current rates for counseling are $150 for a 50 minute session and there may be availability for a sliding fee, depending on counselor availability.

For non-clinical issues, we offer life coaching and a sliding scale is available.

Services at the Ranch are tailored to your needs, and pricing depends on service.

Dragonfly Wellness and Education is in network with a limited number of insurances. While you are ultimately responsible for service fees, we are happy to invoice insurances that we are paneled with. For some insurances, we use an intermediary biller called Headway. You will be asked to fill out an intake from with them, as well as on our own electronic medical record. When we are out of network and you are doing individual counseling, we are happy to provide you with a receipt that will have the information they require for payment reimbursement. Most couples and family counseling are not covered by insurances and are often not reimbursable, which is why we keep our service rates lower than average.

There are legal exceptions to confidentiality. Those exceptions are mandated by law to be the disclosure of child abuse, elder abuse, abuse of a vulnerable person, if you disclose that you plan to kill yourself or someone else, or if a court order that is signed by a judge requires the disclosure from us.
